What is going on with my queues

Helloo,

So lately my queues are making me mad, i'm getting diamonds and plats even freaking masters on my normal games, i cant even enjoy the game.....Always a tryhard in their team i cant have fun looking the grey screen all the time. I really dont want to play ranked games and my normal games are so hard to play. I'm already seeing these guys saying get better noob well thats not the case im playing to spend my time and have fun this is not fun anymore....
