Nightbringer/Dawnbringer Items

I understand that the event was temporary and the items such as the border are exclusive to those who bought it during the event and so be it. But are there plans to bring back the profile icons in any way, shape, or form? There's a lack of yasuo/riven icons with only blood moon yasuo and the soon to come pulsefire riven, but neither of them are equal to those of the event in my opinion, are they available in chests maybe? (as unreliable that is)
