What I mean by this, is not to refund something. I know you can't refund stuff as stated in the TOS. But let's say a friend of mine bought me Teemo because I refused to buy that squeaky little shit. Could I have the champion locked again?
At one point it was possible to submit a support ticket and have this happen, but this comes up so rarely I'm not sure if their policy has changed or not.
In either case a support ticket is the way to go about seeing if it can be done.

Yeah, support will handle it. I had them delete Lee and his retarded worlds skin when I got it after rerolling 3 shards in hextech. Funny enough I was with my friend when I did it, and I told him "Knowing my luck I'll either get a Lee skin, or another fucking worlds skin" right before rolling. RIP.
