Community Support

Does Riot still mostly use bots for their community support?Here is my problem for anyone kind enough to tell me in how bad of a situation i am : So a few years back my email got locked because i logged in from elsewhere and forgot the security questions etc. to get it unlocked again.I had my current League account linked to that email and after starting to play again wanted to switch to my new email for obvious reasons.I have some proof like screenshots and remember a lot of things about the account in order to (i hope) be able to prove to riot i am the owner but the account is 5 years old so some of the things are hard to remember.I added some extra info i had on the account like specific skins being acuired from event codes or mystery boxes,the previous name of the account,the previous region it was in and the name it had there among other stuff,but here is my main question,will anyone read all that or will a bot just check for keywords making me unable to retrieve my account if it's ever stolen?Thank you in advance! :)
