So has it been on sale recently? I think people always say wait 4-6 months for a new skin to go on sale. So I was wondering maybe I missed the sale or is there any estimate when it will be on sale?

It's 50% off in My Snowdown shop. But other than that I dont think a standard sale has been around for it yet.
