Teach a friend mission

i got the teach a friend mission and i really like the icon so i asked one if my friend (who is under lv.15) to play with me and we won as a bot lane tgt but i didn't got the reward which is weird... we did play the matchmade game(blind) and we played as bot tgt. is it me who misunderstood the mission or what? because it's saying 'matchmade game' and 'won as bot'. our enemy team surrenered tho... does it counts? and yes we were in the same party
