People Declining and Dodging Poro King Constantly

The estimated time for a match-up was 3 minutes. Yet, I was in the queue for nearly 10 minutes before eventually giving up. Out of the few match-ups I did get, someone would always decline the match and the few times all players accepted, some picky summoner would always come along, find a reason to dodge, and then dodge.

I can't play another Summoners Rift match because, if I do, it will disable the "Be Nice" missions!

This is ridiculous...
