Nerfing Press The Attack And Removing Celestial Body

Press the attack is not op, heck its rarely used on adcs now Its more fleet footwork from what i can see and its used on champs such as tryndamere, ww sometimes and other champs that are not really all that good. (unless yi takes pta, in which case nerf the shit out of it) but i mainly rewards you for punishing them, if they dont move out of a ranged champs range, that is what happens, as opposed to 12% exposure, its now 4% which is unnoticeable and there's no point in taking that rune over anything else.

As for celestial, i think it should be moved into resolve and replace the mirror shell thing as it is crap and celestial has good potential on squishy, low dmg supports and even low damage tanks of the offlane.

Some people will probs disagree with what i said about pta, but i think many would agree with the idea on celestial
