So Ezreal is no longer a skill/playmaker champion and is now a YT OP BUILD Spam champion. 57% WR is the highest this guy has been probably since his release (Literally below 50% WR since i could remember).
Simple fix to Kleptomancy would probably be along the lines of *Not including On hit abilities
