Season 9 looks so disappointing so far

This new season has no great changes whatsoever it only has a bunch of skins for no reason. Champions that are currently in a good state are now pretty much dealing tons of damage (sej, ornn, lissandra passive is broken) instead of helping zac that is non existant or volibear, morderkaiser, amumu and others. New turret plates are just free gold they are not hard to kill at all or useful because they dont last more than 10 min due to the high amount of gold that the enemy gets because of it, so it "reduces" the chances of winning a lane even if the turret is still up. Changing runes that are already nerfed to a balanced point to make them broken and unbalance again (dark harvest, celerity will make singed sivir rammus kayn and more champs op, shield bash is broken even if it brings back some champs with shields like naut or karma and revives the op lulu once again but support like soraka will still lay back) instead of fixing unusable masteries in the precision tree or inspiration tree. Not exited for this season whatsoever since there is no huge update (not even jungle update) and it is just a recycled season with new rank divisions that is probably not gonna affect the game since divisions now only scaled from IV to I. I hope that patch 9.1 changes my opinion since the decision of closing the season and leaving a 1 week hole without any changes was "apparently" a good moment (which i see pointless).
