Look at this. I got an inting miss fortune 3/16 i think. I am trying so hard no to flame anyone. But look at this: If someone flames someone, that guy can get muted, right? And then that guy will later get a ban. BUT if someone ints your game, you cant do anything, u literally cant do anything. And then after i report someone who inted, he will not get punished AT ALL. I report a guy with 3/16 saying he fed. Riot will be like: DuDE HE JuSt HaD a baD GAmE. I understand when a guy has a bad game, but if a guy feeds on purpose, he deserves a ban.

Just report those guys ( if they really int and not if they are just bad, or play the champ the first time in their life...). Inting people are really really rare (running it down mid or something like this). Most of the time people are having just a bad game and are tilted. This is not punishable.

Might be a bad game. Negative KDA doesnt always mean inting. Just look at the "inting Sion" strategy. I've had 1/20 Sions before who won by backdooring the nexus.
