Blue vs Red

When i play on blue side, i feel like it is a lot easier than the red side.

Playing as support, i always buy control ward at a game start for brush below drake pit and it lasts well over 10min or even more. Having a control ward as red side is much tougher to defend in river brush. Playing on top side, it is much safer than playing on red side ganks wise.

There are probably more examples of how blue side is favorited but these two are so obvious to me. What are your thoughts?
