blue essence exchange for orange essence/missions

I think it would be a great idea to add an exchange from blue essence to orange essence. The reason for this is because who wants to disenchant 20+ skin shards to unlock a skin. or like have it where you can buy missions in the store with blue essence and they last for only an hour or so, and if you complete it you get orange essence. Just a few of my thoughts
