Warning to LoR players who ahd their shad/country randomized

It didn't take long on a search on riot forums to find many people finding their accounts suddenly on the wrong country/shard. I put in a ticket Saturday and finally got my shard corrected today but they also took ALL my progress after the tutorial, so I am back to having nothing.

From a previous thread I understand someone else had the same issue as me and got it fixed quickly without losing their progress, so I do not know what the difference is, but I want to give a fair warning to anyone else who had account shard/country randomized on runeterra release that in fixing it you may lose everything.

For my part I have requested a refund on all my coins (which are now unspent at least) because I just don't feel like playing anymore. It doesn't help I basically can't do ranked anymore because I am now far behind on chests and I am not going to spend real money to catch up because they deleted my progress.

They even left me with zero dailies...
