The thing about her W is that if she doesn't act on her W, something has gone wrong and know her general direction is moot.
Additionally, knowing her general direction doesn't actually cause you to know where she is or where she's going. She can move fairly quickly if she has boots, so momentarily know where she was isn't going to save you if she's setting up to act.
