I got a 10 game chat restriction for replying to a flamer. He literally flamed me all game starting from lobby. maybe ya'll can read the whole damn chat instead of picking out what just i said.

Obviously it wasn't simple replying.
It doesn't matter what other people said. Your punishment is based on your behavior.
Flaming back is still flaming.
Don't reply to flamers / people who straight out insult you.
Most of them are baiting you intentionally and then report you afterwards to get you banned or chat restricted, because Rito's system is so flawed and easily exploitable. You basically have a report MMR, like you had at the old tribunal, and the more accurately you report flamers the higher it will get, making your reports almost instantly punish someone.
As hard as it may be sometimes to not write back, you just have to try.
Ignoring everyone at the start usually helps.
