Riot, Please Rework Leaverbuster

Its annoying, there is no system to it. If you go afk for 2 games after previously having leaverbuster you automatically get it again. And for some PCs, including mine, will just crash for whatever reason when loading into a game which will count as an automatic afk. To make this better there should be a game tracker, for every 10 consecutively clean games your afk counter should reset because then you would know that the summoner has not been getting into any trouble. Also, 20 minutes of leaverbuster is INSANE! This should also change. Please make it no longer than 10, 20 minutes is a drag and discourages the person put on leaverbuster to go into the game with a bad attitude and not have any fun in the next game they enter. All I am saying is, FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD, please rework leaverbuster!
