Account hacked then banned how long does the appeal process take?

Hey guys,

As it says in the title my account was recently compromised. I logged on and found a skin purchased for Yasuo. I would never do this to myself as I am a trash Yas player. lol I refunded it and went on with my game thinking maybe I was just stupid and clicked something on the home screen. I got into the game and found autocast on, my master volume at 4, and my HUD down to about as small as it could go. I didn't change any of those settings. I finished the game and as soon as I got back to the client I was met with a permaban for use of 3rd party software. I then looked at my match history and found a Yasuo game that I had never played confirming my suspicions of my account being compromised.

I put in a ticket to get this ban repealed as it's been my main account since 2012. I have at least a couple of thousands of hours in it, all the champs, and quite a few skins so this would be really sad to lose.

Does anyone have any insight into how long this process will take? I'm fine playing on my PBE account, for now, I'm just a little stress that I haven't heard back from Riot since the first automated response I got Thursday night. I get weekends and lack of staff and whatnot but I'm just wondering if anyone has been through anything similar and how long the process took.
