New singed skin concept

I know that league has just made a new singed skin; they they need to make this new gemstone skin called Hawaiian singed (i left an artists rendition above :) ). this skin should only be available to the gemstone store for a whopping 10 gemstones so only real singed mains may equip it... AND has secret transactions. Q - his poison trail leaves a bunch of sand, and a secret animation if he builds a rylai's anyone who steps ion his sand trail gets sands in their shoes and has to slow down to shake it off... W - his w is a big ol beach towl with his face on it,

E - ACTIVE: Singed Airborne icon flings the target enemy over his shoulder 550 units, dealing magic damage, capped against minions and monsters.

R- nothing his r is already epic
