Recovering account

My account was suspended for a reason I'm still not clear on supposedly suspicious activity but i find that impossible was I'm the only one with access to my account, ive tried to recover my account but i don't remember all the details of signup as it was years ago but i do remember other stuff such as credit cards associated with my account my emails i have transaction ids and dates of purchase but it doesn't seem to be enough for yall, this is undoubtedly my account and I'm frustrated because you keep telling me i cant be verified when i myself created this account
