And then you are buffing Zed Ult - that will hurt. Good that you give us new AP Items

Honestly though, ult hat + 40% cdr = 27s Zed Ult CD. That shit is going to get reeeeeeeeally annoying.

That being said 1: Stopwatch 2: You play Veigar, Like, THE longest-lasting nuclear midlaner (Only recently being trumped by Zoe, And even then, You can ult and wipe her across the floor)
That buff means nothing to me because I always ban Zed. I'm willing to deal with any other champion.
use that for anti-assassin bro and pick up the new ap item...twin shadows...it has an active that has a pretty strong slow which is good against those all-in assassins like zed/yasuo/akali
Technically you could just play fizz/vlad and not need an item at all to deal with the ult. Just saying... It's an option. 'Course I'd just ban his bitch ass as long as the rest of your team mates knock the major bans out.
You're doing something wrong if you only build one armor item and then expect to become immortal.
