Teemo Rework

So Riot put all this hype on to Teemo's mini rework and is thinking about scrapping the idea. I been waiting months for this rework and have been spamming him on pbe but looks like it will never make it on to live servers :/. If any one has any info on why hes on the verge of being deleted comment here.
