Adding multiplayer to practice tool

Riot...

Imagine a world full of fun and games just at the tip of your fingers, MULTIPLAYER FOR PRACTICE TOOL! You could create little miny games with your friends or create cool art with gangplank barrels, using flash as a miny game against HUGE ults like nami and moakai spammed to their max.

Yes... I do understand that some people will play the game for what its not meant to be and I could see how that could be annoying, to have players play something that didnt take that long to create and not play your actual game that took ages and is still being added onto, but the players would love this. Something to sit back and relax to after a 40 minute league game that you just couldnt carry.

I'm pretty sure Riot is just actively trying to forget the fact that Practice tool exists.

It's been 2 years since Practice Tool last got launched, and it hasn't gotten a single (meaningful) update.

I think it'd be more fun if they made Practice Tool something to be enabled for custom games where the host player (and only the host player) got to set options.
