Prestige Points and Your Shop

Would it be possible obtain prestige skins through a discount? I understand that these skins are meant to be "rare" and you need to go through a tedious hard working process to get them but why not just add them into the your shop and reward players who have obtained all skins on that specific champion as well as making sure the discount is also affected by mastery points?

For example, Your shop usually offers discounts ranging from 20% to almost 50%, if i am correct! So why not make it discounted by 10% to players who have all skins on the champion but few master points, adding an additional 10% to every 100k mastery points they have. Reaching up to almost 40% out of 100 points making that what? 60 prestige points?

These are just my personal thoughts, I feel like for players who work their butts off and put so much time into a champion and to not be able to get that luxury of having an awesome skin, could be such a let down...

( I don't know if prestige skins are obtainable through your shop that is why I am bringing this up, i doubt they are because they are rare but I think it would be nice to offer this to die hard players who are fans of the champion, its art, playstyle, etc. )
