Jesus fucking christ Riot. How on earth could you think it would be a good idea to give EVERYONE cc and then put cdr on EVERY ITEM. How god damn r%%%%%ed are you guys? If you want people to play your shit game, how about actually LETTING THEM PLAY THE GARBAGE, instead of having them watch their champion get its teeth kicked in, with their hands in their laps because of perma chain stun FOR 40 GOD DAMN MINUTES. How did you transform something so promising into such a dumpster fire, you keep making such obvious mistakes, and if you by some miracle fix one of them you create 5 more abominations in the process.
