Twisted Fate QoL change

I play abit of TF and i was thinking alot of times that i could have bursted a carry if I had stacked decked up when i ulted in. I mean it's easy to to push wave and try to get stacked deck before ulting but sometimes you have to go in right away. So i was thinking sense TF's ult is basically for movement why not make it proc stack deck when activated, give it something that helps him do dmg, just a simple QoL addition I think.
