Suggested clarification for Gnar's e

I've been playing Gnar a lot recently, and I've got to say that I love him so far, just that there is a very minor thing that I find has been bugging me a tad. The Mega Gnar section of his E does not accurately show how much health based damage he does as Mega Gnar unless he is in mega form. Rather, both Gnar and Mega Gnar display how much health percentage damage he does based on the current form's health.
