Sooooo, when do we get team builder for rank?

Cause why not? I don't see the downside to it at all, instead of selecting champions, you select roles then match up with teams, go into lobby and start ban selection, then everyone chooses. This ofc would solve the world famous LoL problem of fighting over roles in lobby.
