A idea to make League of Legends more interesting

Idk, I'm just spiting ideas out here but what if you could use your inhibitors to upgrade your minions and only the minions in your lane? Upgrades like armor, damage, move speed etc. Of course theres gonna be a max, just a idea. What do you guys think
