Spam Pinging should be a ban-able offense. It's every bit as rage inducing as direct toxicity.

Just got out of a game where a Zac pinged approximately 400-500 times in 20 mins. Wouldn't stop pinging every time it was up, max amount. Our team couldn't separate the real pings from the fake ones, couldn't communicate our movements, and were completely destroyed.

I'm not sure if this is a new kind of trolling or if this is just the first time in several years of playing that I've experienced it, but it is truly horrible to watch a game go to hell.

Either give me voice chat, give me the ability to mute pings, or ban these guys. I hate that I'm powerless to stop someone from flooding my display. Either way, I have a feeling this problem is going to get worse.

I completely agree. If they can't make it a bannable offense then at least give us the option to mute pings from specific players. As of now the only "fix" is to mute all pings, which is not good for communication. The problem with making it bannable is you can still generically ping and it leaves no evidence, so those people would just do that.

It indeed is but unfortunately as it doesn't leave trace behind as evidence aside from testimonies, it's unrealistic to enforce such a rule if they do make one.

I had a Riven main non stop ping during a game,it was right when devoured just came out "S5" I was playing Shyvana jungle and just made the game horrible, cause a Teemo ruined her, I'm still on tilt

You can mute pings in the audio settings. You just can't turn them on/off for specific people, which is what really needs to happen. This sort of thing doesn't happen often, but it does and it's awful to sit through.
