Does something need to be done about Garen...? (Your Opinion)
I am not complaining. I would just like others opinion on the Garen, and if he is or is not overpowered.

No he's in a decent spot right now. He's a safe pick in top lane, but he also contributes very little to his team. So his safety is offset by a low impact skill set. Don't get me wrong a fed Garen can be terrifying, but only if your team doesn't have the tools to deal with him(which they should).
He isn't even good right now, the fuck? Ryze absolutely shits on him and he's not that great Fiora either as all of his stuff is super telegraphed and easy to riposte. He's decent against other tanks but can't teamfight nearly as well.
He loses to the best toplane carries and isn't as useful as Malphite or Mundo in a teamfight.
I get destroyed by ryze. Pretty sure he won't remain strong for long though.
