HexTechCrafting Release ?

Just been filtering around though HTC's stuff and am quite amped about it. But iv looked at the PBE notes for 6.4 and it doesn't show it releasing then either (as i was hoping it would in 6.3).... can anyone give a semi-accurate time frame when it should be out ?

They're gonna release it in turkey for a few weeks before the rest of the world so it can have some time to get some 'real world' stress testing, so I wouldn't expect it for a month or two.
