Yasuo and Zed are strong because they thrive on the horrible design that is runes reforged

This meta is "Get one shot or be one shot". Zed thrives in this meta, unlike during the rank meta where it was all tanks, tanks are not good right now with damage being amped up, so until tanks come back or damage is significantly lowered, Zed will be meta.

5 months? I think you are missing out on something buddy. Cancer like Zed has been always viable in any meta since his release. I've never seen him being underplayed once

There is a difference between when he has a 50-51% wr and when he has a 47-48% wr though, even if the pickrate stays similar. He has been shit plenty of times, he's never underplayed because loads of people really enjoy him. He is meant to be too hard to maintain a 50%+ wr under conventional means, so when he manages to, he's probably quite strong in the meta. When he is around 48%, he's probably average/below average, depending on what type of meta is going on really.
