3 games with afk(Ranked)

Hello i have question,first sorry for bada english, Riot u ban me for flame and i understand u,but i dont understand what u do with ranking system,why i got players who feed and go afk,i lose my lp,they also but they dont go some punishment for that,they just got leave booster,and continue to play,but when i say they are bad and animilas i got perma,that is not fair
