Should AAtrox Passive be Readjusted?

when you play AAtrox in the jungle its basically impossible to keep your bar at 100% early game sooo if you change his passive to grant slower loss but lose some of the attack speed he could be far more viable because plays top lane exactly like there's not very much difference between these two champions in their playstyle atm i'd even argue that trynd is stronger because he can still attack while using his immortality. i'd say the stat should be change to 5-6 secs to drain with 20%-15% base damage buff
