So Riot made Guinsoo's passive the Devourer's passive multi-hit thing, so now EVERYONE can have it!

Granted, it's now 3600 gold and a six hit build-up to get there, but still.
ModWulf Helhammer3 votesDevourer wasn't the real problem. It was the fact that Rageblade was cheep, have a crap ton of damage, and synergized too well with phantom hit (adding in the juggernaut items for durability and some damage) -- these changes fix all that.
Drehirth1 voteson hit vayne inc :)
GenghisEmo1 votesIf only AP casters had a Rageblade XD.

on steroids?
GenghisEmo1 votesA Ludens, plus Liadry's? Or with a Rabadon's? In one XD
Irelia Bot1 votesTrust me.
Irelia and Jax will not by buying rageblade anymore. It costs too much and will take to long to justify buying. Add in that it will take longer to get to max stacks for the phantom attack which sould be the reason to justify getting it and does not provide wave clear as well as the lack of base attack speed and it is not worth the 3600 gold cost. You might seriously see the return of wit's end on both of them just because trinity and rageblade are going to be feeling like trash for them. Yes it is that bad and this is in part why we are begging for Trinity or Wit's to be made more ideal for them. But riot once again is showing complete disregard for fighters in all of this.
IT will only be bought by the likes of Kogmaw who will be completely breaking it and perhaps kayle. Beyond that it is not worth considering for basically anyone else at an even somewhat consistent rate.
Calabok1 votessounds fine to me.
