Our experience on the rift season 8

I've won 29,lost 37. Was platinum 4 at the end of pre season, placed gold 5 after my 10 matches. Almost a month into the season, and i'm having a harder time winning the games i'm playing now in silver/gold elo. It was easier to win in platinum. Here's how my experience has been on the rift: Team who gets first tower steam rolls, game's are averaging 25 minutes.

Turret's are dying extremely fast, so the first team to strike first gets a small gold lead, that they end up winning with. I can't really pin point the root cause, I'm not sure if there is a single reason, but these games are being won at first turret. If the team with a small advantage groups up it feels like its game over.

Say I win, or lose. Here's how it looks (from bot lane) I take first turret, rotate mid with support, if enemy bot lane/support went back to lane to farm i siege mid. Then we rotate top. Within 3 minutes all tier one's are gone, and the enemy team couldn't do much. In order to prevent this, the enemy bot lane needed to recognize that I was going to rotate mid, and go to mid to try and defend against our push. But if the enemy bot laner does this, they will miss CS/exp. Either way, they're at a disadvantage. Turret's die quickly, so sieges don't take as long as they SHOULD. by the time the enemy's react to my rotation, their turret is chunked, or gone.

Is anybody having similar experiences? Anyone finish season 7 in plat, and feel as if it was easier to win a game, even if you lost early? Because right now, I feel like the team that get's ahead early, is going on to win 70% of the games.
