In light of recent threads....a simmple Yasuo nerf.
After seeing all these hate threads pop up about Yasuo, and all the suggested nerfs and whatnot, I've decided on what I believe to be a solid, yet simple, nerf.
Lower his Sweeping Blade's damage by 10-15 at all ranks, and/or adjust the % damage increase for additional dashes. Simple.
The problem is not his shield, or his crit, or his wall, or his ult penetration. While those may be annoying, their are ways to deal with them and play around them. The problem is his safe and effective early game combined with his snowball potential. We can fix this by hitting his E.
Most Yasuo's will max E first because it allows more damage than Q while low on crit, and allows more dashes. He is supposed to have a weak early game, but by maxing E, Yasuo can avoid this. When maxing Q, you only gain 20 Base damage per rank, but while maxing E you also gain 20 base damage per rank. However, the reason why maxing E is better for damage, is because of the percent increase on additional dashes. In addition, Q has a 100% TOTAL AD ratio, meaning his q will scale with level and items evenly, so even is you don't max it, it will continue to get more damage as the game goes on, while his E will not. Hitting his E's damage will not only lower his trading power a little, but it will give his the weaker early game he was meant to have by decreasing his damage potential, farm potential, kill pressure, and snowballing, all at once.
This was the most logical nerf I could think of without making him useless, although he's not necessarily broken to begin with, he is definitely strong and we are in a meta that suits him atm. This was just my 2 cents on what we could do. Besides, these hate threads are getting out of hand.
