Is Soraka to over poweres

I honestly think soraka is too powerfull. Im not talking about how much damage because thats pretty balanced but her heals are too strong. I was playing solo bot with lucian and i was against Garen and soraka. Now this particular garen was really dumb and kept walking in too turrets and then leaving. But every time i hit him with a Q and W combo he was below half health and soraka just kept healing him back to full. Every time no matter what she could easily heal him to full. I dont know if this this is just that game but that is why im asking.

please at least reach level 30 before you start making balance suggestions or commentary on balance in general. not to be blunt, but you lack the necessary breadth and depth of game knowledge at the moment.

also, the lucian combo is E -> double auto -> Q -> double auto, not Q-W

I don't really know if she's too overpowered right now but it's incredibly annoying to poke down a lane and then have them both be full health witching 5 seconds.

Ever tried focusing Soraka? You probably heard "dont focus support" a lot, but it's different with Soraka. She has to be killed first. It comes from Soraka main

dude soraka is literally trash unntil higher elos she is unplayale in bronze i have to ban her cause its an insta loss everytim. she offers nothing but heals no peel no cc and in low elo were ppl dont play real team comps she sucks. Totally diff at high elo and with ppl that can draft a team comp though but if u lane aganst her forgot the adc and blow that chick up repeatedly they wont pick her ass again
