Evelynn needs fixing

I am not a pro player, but even i can see when something with jungler champs. She must have the worst first jungle clear. Her damage is not enough considering how squishy she is. She needs to be more tanky or do more damage, or more damage the lower health she is, whatever, but she needs to be fixed because right now i think she does not do what she is suposed to do.
