Mord's w

The ability states that it is a target ability, but in my last aram game it would never apply on the ally I targeted. The w would always go on the ally closest to me. I may be because of the way the w's works now but it still does not correspond to what it is supposed to do: be applied on TARGET ally.

PS On a personnal note, I think this new w sucks. It should be changed.
