I personally would not mind seeing her nerfed to the ground but that's just not right.
Why don't you guys just make Annie's ult like her ult in the cinematic where she throws tibbers instead of it instantly appearing. Like, it would look cooler and I don't feel like the next game i play is worthless cause me or one of my other teammates is unlucky enough to lane against her.
She's even more immune to nerfs than 2014

I agree with you, and made a super lengthy post in the past and debated with some people and I concluded that I wouldn't mind her keeping her utility, if she wasn't able to do 2000 damage in 0.27 seconds. That by the way is not hyperbole, it happened to me twice today, same game though.
Yesterday i played against annie supp that went full ap and with 1 cs and morello was one shotting our adc.
So skillful to flash ult and insta drop someone while having only 1 item completed.
