What do you guys do to go against the current fiora.

I haven't played the game since the end of S4 and I'm trying to get back to my division but Fiora has so far countered me in every way. I'm just curious on what you guys do to go against her cause i can't seem to find a point where an all in is the "smartest" thing to do due to her parry and then her ult heal makes 1v2s well over possible.
