Bronze - 50.55% - 15th Silver - 51.66% -- 24th Gold - 53.01% - 27th Platinum - 51.15% - 50th Diamond - 48.45% - 91st Master & Challenger - No one plays

Taric winrates KR:

Bronze - 48.53% - 58th Silver - 50.04% -- 49th Gold - 50.51% - 60th Platinum - 49.22% - 81st Diamond - 47.79% - 94th Master & Challenger - No one plays

Taric point and click stun too strong for low elo teamfights? Or does everyone in low elo just pick full ad comps and get countered by taric + rammus?

There is just a limit to what you can do as taric. Your not necessarily weak, your just really inflexible because most of your power is tied up in auras and single target spells. If they buffed taric, he would most likely be too strong because the passive armor aura is really strong bottom lane, his stun is unavoidable, and his heal has good sustain.

Right now with taric it seems like i either make it to an early frozen heart and dominate lane, or i have a really hard time.

That's not even "good" in low elo.

Taric is super easy to play and he makes a pretty good kill lane. Of course he is good on bronze and weaker in high Elo where kills are harder to come by.
