Can we have more Tanky AP items especially for non-mana users?
Shen, rumble, akali, mundo, katarina, vlad also zac all use no mana but need tanky ap items. It would be nice to have something for these guys that didn't need to build ROA. Thoughts?

ever seen ap malphite? we dont need him tanky AND 100-0 someone ever seen ap sejuani? we dont need her tanky AND 100-0 someone ever seen ap mtherfuqing nautilus? we dont need him having high damage cc ever seen akali and kat in general? we dont need them to be any harder to kill as it is
all these godamn, ap scaling, high cc, tanks DO NOT need the damages AND be tanky af
Currently the defense/AP itemization has 3 great items.
I don't know how more they want to add to that. Actually, since Katarina and Akali behaviour when ahead, be glad if they don't nerf it.

I know it's stats aren't the most impressive defensively selfishly (+75% base regen, 200 hp, 40 MR), but at 60 AP and 10% CDR, it could be worth a look on AP Tanks.
shen and rumble have a shield that's pretty spammable in lane allowing them to mitigate a lot of damage. Those shields get more effective with resistances. And why does shen need ap? Mundo ult and passive make him incredibly hard to kill already. Why does Mundo need ap? Kat gets % damage reduction if she uses shunpo. Why does a resourcesless, burst mage , with resets need to be tanky and highly mobile as well? Vlads passive gives him health for building ap and ap for building health allowing him to get more out of haunting guise, spirit visage (not to mention the synergy it has with him). Zac blobs restore a percent of his max health. But his moves also kill him more so than other champs with health cost. But that seems more to be a problem with him as a champ not his items. He probably would benefit most from a new tank ap item but other champs would probably get far more out of it than him causing it to be nerfed into a junk item. Akali has innate spell vamp. They took resists off her w because they didn't want her to be tanky.
