Singed needs a BUFF

since 9.7 is coming, it will make singed basically useless he's hovering at a 49 percent before 20 mins and an astonishing 44 percent win rate after 25 mins. rito you've been constantly making new champions that have some sort of sustain in their kit and not to mention their over buffed kit with more that one passive in it. either you buff his ultimate granting him higher stats or buffing his q dmg or just honestly re work him he has never really seen the light of day and has never really been meta at all. *note you guys are buffing CHO GATH, MUNDO AND GAREN for god's sake giving them way more dmg

Literally logged on just to make this exact post. Even if it wasn't for how strong ranged are right now, Singed is extremely weak (as in vs all melee as well), and needs a buff.

It's crazy that it even takes so long for riot to realize he needs buffs badly right now. Singed used to be my main, now I don't play him anymore because it's no fun to lose lane against any enemy and become unable to farm because proxying is also as good as dead. Now patch 9.7 they even nerf Dark Seal indirectly nerfing Singed more, yet not a buff in the patch? Come on riot use your brain and consider that Singed exists and people would like to be able to play him and have a fun time.

singed doesn't need a buff, the reason he's currently behind is because of the influx of ranged top laners, that's what needs addressing

Singed is literally dead last, in winrate for every single matchup there is right now top lane, included melees and even off-meta/troll picks.

You know the champs that are meant to be played elsewhere like midlane, but 'can' go top, but still can be played fucking other damn lanes? Those guys beat out singed in winrate right now, and singed CANT go anywhere else but top.
