Almost other tank have more mana pool than rammus. And their skill low mana cost. Mana pool: 1-18 Rammus 310.4 – 871.4 AMUMU :350 – 1030 Leona: 302.2 – 982.2 SEJUANI: 400 – 1080 ... Rammus seems become SEJUANI before rework. He don't have enough mana [zombie-brand-clap]
is rammus start. he never run out of mana. if you run out of mana you have really bad mana management sorry
he never run out of mana. in lv 6 he have 440 mana his combo QEWR lost 250 mana. And in jungle he almost use Q,E,W for farm jungle. So he never full 440 mana. almost he have only 300 mana before combat. So he only 1 change for full combo QEWR, After that he doesn't have mana for use Q,W,E. remember SEJUANI before rework have low mana pool
