I Want to see rammus in here. But riot Kill this. F**K RIOT. STUPID BLANCE After nerf from RIOT now Rammus win rate Only 49,58%. He lost 3% winrate after nerf. His ultimate lost 240 Damage.Now his win rate is 23rd. I think he shouldn't rework. After Rework we never see him in Season World Championship. RIOT LIKE STUPID when Nerf Tank too much. They made him extremely situational like most tanks (with the only exception being Sion). Most tanks are dead, so will he because Riot preferes to create a new solo lane assassin and a adc than to hotfix their game.
