QSS item for tanks... mages... support

The current QSS based off its stands is for AD champs.. yes every champ can buy and what not but to make a mage have to buy a QSS b.c the skarner is focusing him... only takes up his slot for a different item... im not asking for an over powered item for a tank nor mage...

Solution----- QSS for mage MR, CDR and like 30 AP... with the QSS active. Tank: health slight armor.. like 20.. MR and QSS active... give other classes a chance
