Unusual Urgot player

Just started playing Urgot recently. love the champ... I did notice though when I had 45% cdr his Q would say 1.1 Cd but when you activate it, it goes to 2 seconds... whats the point of having it get down to basicly 1 second.. just to keep seeing 2.. Either change the context so that we know cdr does work on his Q or fix it... Yes I realize this would allow him to spam his Q a lot more but for a top laning Urgot... spamming q is needed.. you get the same amout of Q shots off with 0% cdr as you do with 45%.

I will say I really do like this champ.. I was WAAAAAY behind in my lane and the enemy nocturne ulted me and did his usual combo.. I did have exhaust and was honestly waiting on him to do it.. I ulted.. exhausted E'd and then Q' aa Q aa Q aa.. more than that but you get the point... it was a good fight. I did win but I only had 45 life left... At this point I did have 45% cdr.

Just think this should be fixed...
